The choice of articles and their payment are made online, and you can pick up your merchandise at the Mobivisa counter once travelers have picked up their luggage. You no longer have to transport your Duty Free purchases throughout your trip. You just have to pick them up on return before leaving the international zone.

VIP Service
Designed for the demanding traveler, Mobivisa VIP is a service that allows you to considerably reduce your wait times associated with administrative formalities and travel on arrival in a foreign airport. On deplaning, the traveler is met by a Mobivisa agent, who will take care of them until they pick up their luggage. During this period, the agent will escort the passenger through the visa process, passport control and customs, helping them avoid long and frustrating wait times. Depending upon the airport, the traveler can also take advantage of an exclusive lounge area, where refreshments and snacks are available, as well as free Wi-Fi.
In case of loss of luggage by the airline company, the Mobivisa agent will also take care of the procedure necessary in order that the traveler gets their luggage back in the shortest time possible.

SIM Card
Mobivisa’s SIM Card service is for travelers who would like to use a local SIM card in a foreign country. It is possible to purchase Mobivisa SIM cards online via Mobivisa’s platform, to load them with the number of telephone minutes/data credits they would like, and pay for it using their credit card. On arrival, by simply stopping by the Mobivisa counter the traveler can pick up their SIM card. The mobile number made available to the traveler is not temporary, and can be reused for a year. It is possible to reload the telephone minutes/data credits online or, locally, in a Mobivisa partner store. We have different packages available that include download data, telephone minutes or a combination of the two.
